Rebecca Dray
Rebecca is a successful social entrepreneur from the UK.
Rebecca started her career in the hospitality industry working for Marriott Hotels. She then went on to work in the charitable sector, supporting mental health advocacy groups. She started her first social business in 2006. In the following years she carried out a merger with a nationwide nonprofit then started and oversaw several further social enterprise companies as Managing Director of the group’s social enterprise arm. Rebecca sat on the Board of several social enterprise membership organizations and travelled the country giving presentations, training and mentorship to the social enterprise sector.
Rebecca has first hand experience of procurement, accreditation and business development in both the corporate and social enterprise sectors. She has carried out programs that accessed a range of revenue models including payment by results and has first hand experience of SROI - Social Return On Investment studies along with other successful impact measurement strategies.

Michelle is an advisor specializing in aligning an organization’s mission with revenue, and impact.
Her consultancy work combines business acumen with non-profit fund development and management to create ways to help organizations diversify their funding strategies.
Her experience in corporate banking and PR allows her to craft stories that are appealing to both data driven decision-making corporations and qualitative and quantitative private investors.
Michelle has always been a relationship builder, organizing teams that exceeded revenue goals.
Her revolutionary approach to non-profit sustainability and system change has deep roots in second stage, growth companies, economic development frameworks and investment impact models.
